Evaluate how intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent the user interface is. Consider whether the design supports the user journey and the project’s purpose. The design should be clear, simple, and easy to understand.

Assess the robustness, scalability, and clarity of the technical structure. Is the system well-architected? Are the technologies chosen appropriate and logically integrated?
